Christian Buchegger

Christian Buchegger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Christian is currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and a member of the board at ReqPOOL Group GmbH since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ReqPOOL as the Sales Director & Authorised Officer, where they played a key role in software strategy, procurement, and innovation consulting. Christian also served as the Head of Business Development and Key Account & Business Development Manager at ReqPOOL, contributing to sales growth and client development. In addition, they worked as a Partner & Advisor at SlideLizard since February 2021. Before their roles at ReqPOOL and SlideLizard, Christian gained experience as a client adviser and financial consultant at Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberoesterreich AG. Christian also had roles as an International Research Analyst at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and a Consultant at Raiffeisen International AG Russia.

Christian Buchegger earned a Master's degree in Business & Economics from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz from 2008 to 2014. Christian also completed a Master of Science degree in International Business from FINEC - St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance from 2011 to 2012. Christian received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business, Management, and Economics from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they studied Czech Language and Literature at Masaryk University Brno in 2013 and Russian Language at State University of Linguistics, Nizhny Novgorod (Russia) in 2010. Moreover, Christian obtained the Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) Foundation Level certification from Certible in 2016.
