Nikolas Dokalias has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Nikolas began their career in 2010 as a Customer Services representative at 3 Sverige. Nikolas then transitioned into sales and worked as a Retention Sales agent before becoming a Sales Agent Proactive Sales, where they focused on telemarketing and selling new subscriptions. In 2014, Nikolas joined EasyPark Group as an Account Manager for a short period of time before moving to Fast Lane as a Key Account Manager. In 2015, they joined Observify Ltd as a Customer Success Manager before joining ReQtest in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager. Nikolas worked their way up to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager and eventually became the Head of Customer Success. In 2023, they became the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at ReQtest.
Nikolas Dokalias completed a Business Executive Degree program equivalent to SeQF6 at IHM Business School from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they studied Nätverksteknik (IT) at NTI - Stockholm from 2007 to 2010.
