Andrii Blond has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrii started their career as a Senior Receptionist, Concierge, and Bellboy at Premier Palace Hotel Kharkiv 5* from December 2011 to November 2015, where they gained skills in guest management, team coordination, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Andrii then transitioned to sales and business development roles, joining Jelvix as a Sales Manager from November 2015 to April 2016, where they focused on finding clients on freelance platforms and assisting them in clarifying their needs. At MobiDev, they worked as a Project Manager from May 2016 to December 2016, gaining experience in project management and software engineering.

Andrii later joined Cruxlab, Inc. as a Business Development Manager from January 2017 to December 2017, where they contributed to the creation of innovative technologies in the mobile app development domain.
