Chap Grubb has a diverse work experience. Chap is currently the CEO & Founder of Rerouted, a small start-up, where they excel in strategy and execution. Prior to this, Chap worked as a professional poker player from 2015 to 2019. In 2015, they also served as a Club Leader at the BEACON Afterschool Program, where they designed various after-school clubs and taught children about mindfulness and their connection to the world. Additionally, Chap gained experience as a Lifeguard Supervisor at the Moab Recreational and Aquatics Center from 2015 to 2016, where they managed the pool and supervised a team of guards. In 2014, they worked as an Entrepreneurial Intern at College Works Painting, where they built a painting business through a grassroots marketing campaign.

From 2010 to 2014, Chap attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General.

Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, Chap attended The Overlake School, although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period.
