Cole Sandau has an extensive background in leadership and strategic roles, having founded and served as President of The Optera Group, LLC from 2005 to 2018. Cole was also a member of the Board of Directors at UCHealth from 2018 to 2020, held various positions in financial management and strategy across several organizations including Arthur Andersen, LLP and StorageTek, and co-founded The Visualization Company during 2015-2017. Currently, Cole is taking time off to spend with family while serving as a Mentor and Investment Committee Member at SCAPE and a Board Member at Rerouted. Cole earned a degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Purdue University, completing studies in 1996.
