Jian Hou is a seasoned technology leader and investor with extensive experience in software engineering and startup investment. Currently serving as Co-founder and CTO at Avary.ai since February 2025, Jian has also held roles as Scout Manager and Venture Scout at UpHonest Capital, engaging in sourcing and investing early-stage startup projects.
