Roque Lopez

Roque Lopez is a highly experienced Sr. Customer Success Engineer at Rescale, where expertise in driving customer satisfaction and providing technical support has been instrumental since January 2020. With nearly 20 years of experience in fields including CFD simulation, IT administration, and HPC and Cloud technology, Roque has held several significant roles at NUMECA-USA Inc. from 2006 to 2019, including Customer Success Engineer, Technical Account Manager, and Senior Application Engineer. Notably, Roque led the technical support team and managed customer accounts during an expansive phase of the business. Earlier in the career at Instituto de Investigaciones Eléctricas, Roque served as a researcher and project leader focusing on the optimization of hydraulic turbines through numerical CFD analysis. Roque holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
