Steve James

Steve is responsible for managing the legal function at Rescale. Prior to joining Rescale, Steve held leadership positions as Assistant General Counsel at Jive Software and Puppet. He began his legal career at a boutique law firm specializing in tech transactions for both start-ups and established companies.

Steve holds a B.A. in English from the University of Utah and a J.D. from Lewis & Clark College Law School.
