Tejas C Ram

Tejas C Ram has worked in a variety of roles in the technology sector. In 2018, they were a Computer Vision Engineer at REscan. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Computer Scientist at SRI International. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Research Assistant at the Robotics Interaction Lab at the University of Southern California. During this time, they worked on developing components of a service robot for human-robot task collaborations, building a gripper module on a Pioneer vehicle robot, and using point clouds and depth images from a Kinect to detect and segment objects. In 2015, they were a Software Development Engineering Intern at Patient Keeper. From 2011 to 2018, they were the Founder and CEO of Ram Tecnoz, where they designed and manufactured electronic circuitry and robotic aids, tested and modeled circuits, and conducted workshops for undergraduates about electronics and robotics. Tejas C was also selected among the top 35 start-ups all over India by the National Entrepreneurial Network (NEN).

Tejas C Ram has an educational background that spans from 2007 to 2015. From 2007-2008, they attended Sadvidya Composite PU college. From 2009-2013, they attended Visvesvaraya Technological University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. From 2014-2015, they attended the University of Southern California and earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science- Intelligent Robotics.
