Dusan Polach

Dusan Polach has been working in the IT industry since 2007. Dusan started their career at Epicor Software Corp as an iScala Support Consultant, eventually becoming Team Lead. In 2010, they moved to Johnson Controls as an iScala COE Business Application Specialist and iScala IT Support Latin America, where they were responsible for technical troubleshooting of the iScala system and suite of tools, assisting with regional iScala deployment projects, developing new crystal reports, configuring and maintaining Advance Tax Engine for Latin America countries, and providing on-site and remote user training throughout the region. In 2016, they began working as a Freelance iScala consultant for LSE Consulting s.c., where they were the lead consultant for iScala 3.0 implementation in Miami, USA. Dusan implemented the Logistics, Contract & Service Management, Project Management, and Finance modules. Finally, in 2018, they joined Resco.net as a Consulting Manager and CRM Consultant (Resco+Salesforce).

Dusan Polach earned their Masters in Physical Education and English language teacher from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave between 2000 and 2006. Dusan has also obtained certifications from PEOPLECERT, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
