Marek Estok

Marek Estok has over 17 years of professional experience in software engineering and development. Marek began their career in 2003 as an Application Developer at EMTest, Zilina. In 2004, they moved to Siemens Medical Solutions as an Application Developer. In 2008, they joined Moneysupermarket.com as an Analyst Programmer, providing consultation services and governance on .NET & SharePoint application maintenance and innovation. That same year, they also joined IBM as a SharePoint Consultant, eventually becoming the Microsoft Technologies Department Lead. In 2010, they were the Technical Lead and Near-Shore Delivery Coordinator for Allianz Belgium. In 2012, they joined Mondi Packaging as a .NET/SharePoint Application Consultant. In 2014, they took a short career break. In 2015, they were the Head of Software Engineering at AVITECH AG. Most recently, in 2016, they joined Resco.net as the Chief Technology Officer and Lead Developer (Salesforce and Integrations).

Marek Estok obtained a Master (Ing.) in Informatics from the University of Zilina between 1998 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Gymn\u00e1zium Pavla Horova (GPH) Michalovce from 1993 to 1998, where they studied Computer Programming. In addition, they hold a Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft, obtained in June 2021, and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2014.
