Carson Jacobs

Carson Jacobs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role was as a Senior Operations Subject Matter Expert at Research Innovations Incorporated, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Officer at the Emerging Technologies Institute from May 2020 to December 2020, where they oversaw the business operations and developed strategies for training and consulting engagements.

From 2016 to 2020, Carson served in the XVIII Airborne Corps as a Cyber ElectroMagnetic Activities Planner, where they coordinated electronic warfare and cyber operations, information operations, and special technical operations. Before that, they were an Electronic Warfare Officer at the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) from November 2013 to November 2016, responsible for analyzing operational plans, advising senior staff, and overseeing electronic warfare operations.

Carson also served as a Chief of Current Operations at the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) from August 2015 to February 2016, where they built and supervised an operations team, reviewed CONOPs, and managed resources. Earlier in their career, they were an Electronic Warfare Officer at the 82nd Airborne Division from October 2011 to November 2013, providing expertise and guidance on electronic warfare to the division commander and staff.

Carson started their career in the US Army as a student from October 2010 to October 2011, followed by various roles including an Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division from November 2008 to October 2010, an Officer Candidate from April 2007 to November 2008, and a Geotechnical Engineering Technician at K.A.M. Engine from January 2006 to December 2007.

Carson's educational background includes being a student at East Carolina University from June 2003 to December 2005. Overall, they have extensive experience in operations management, electronic warfare, and cyber planning.

Carson Jacobs attended East Carolina University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Russian Studies. Carson then enrolled at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in 1998 and completed their studies in 1999, focusing on the Russian Language. Currently, Carson is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, with an expected completion date of 2021.
