Will Smith

Will Smith has a diverse work experience starting from 1995 where they served in the US Army for 16 years, holding various ranks and gaining experience in logistics and civil affairs branches. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant at Mowers Consulting, LLC until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Will served as the Afghanistan Operations Manager at Aterrasys, where they advised military and government agencies on utilizing advanced information systems. Will then moved to GXM Consulting from 2012 to 2014, working as the Product Owner and Afghanistan Operations Manager, delivering technological and training solutions to Department of Defense forces worldwide. Will's most recent work experience is with Research Innovations Incorporated since 2014, where they started as a Senior Systems Engineer and worked their way towards becoming a Senior Software Engineer. Will has contributed to a variety of research and development programs, focusing on mobile, mounted, command post, and cloud solutions.

Will Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University from 1993 to 1997. Will later pursued their Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Towson University from 2017 to 2019.
