Shane Hunt is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer engagement and revenue generation. Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Customer Success Officer at Research Solutions, a company co-founded by Shane, the role includes oversight of key accounts and customer engagement. Shane's tenure at Research Solutions began in June 2002, following the company's acquisition by Reprints Desk in 2013. Prior to this, Shane worked as a Research Associate at California State University, Chico, contributing to program evaluation projects under the guidance of Judy Bordin, PhD. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Psychological Science and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico, along with an Associate's degree in Behavioral and Social Science from Butte College. Shane has also co-authored a published study on a school-based drinking and driving prevention program.
