Charles Chen is an Executive Advisor and Strategic Technologist with over 30 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies. Formerly, they served as the Director of the AI & Emerging Technology Office at the U.S. Department of State, holding various leadership positions focused on national security and innovation. Currently, as the Chief Strategic Officer at Fortis Special Services, they advise elite clients on technology and mission delivery while also serving as an adjunct professor of Cyber Intelligence.
