Felipe Volpone

Felipe Volpone is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing high-performance applications and platforms. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Resend since June 2024, Felipe previously held the position of Staff Engineer at mobile.dev, where contributions were made to Maestro, a tool for writing UI tests for mobile apps. At iFood, Felipe played a key role as a Staff Software Engineer, leading the development of a platform capable of managing 40,000 requests per second and processing over 1 billion Kafka events daily, utilizing Go and DynamoDB on Kubernetes. Prior experiences include Senior Software Engineer positions at both Olist and iFood, where expertise in building microservices and handling user identity for millions was demonstrated. Earlier work at Red Hat involved remote collaboration on the FreeIPA project, while Felipe began a career as a Full Stack Software Developer Consultant at Dextra Sistemas, focusing on customer solutions and maintaining code quality standards.
