Ash Craig began their work experience in 2014 as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Rapid Realty. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Citi Bike, Operated by Motivate, before transitioning to a Sales Coordinator role within the same company. Later in 2016, they became a Team Lead at Citi Bike, Operated by Motivate.
In 2017, Ash started working at Knotel as a Member Experience Manager, and later became a Space Operations Manager. In 2020, they worked as an Office Operations Manager at Rent The Runway for a brief period.
From 2021 to 2022, Ash had various roles at Rhino, including a Customer Experience Agent and a Team Lead/Senior Customer Experience Agent.
Their most recent role is as an Operations Analyst at Reserv, where they are involved in leveraging modern systems to optimize P&C claims.
Ash Craig obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Florida State University, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. They have also obtained additional certifications in various fields, including Zendesk Explore / Data Analytics from Zendesk in February 2023, Property and Casualty Insurance Agent/Broker from the New York State Department of Financial Services in March 2021, and Zendesk Omnichannel Agent I from Zendesk in November 2022.
