Donna Siminski

Donna Siminski is an experienced professional in claims adjustment, operations management, and public policy advocacy. Currently serving as a Large Loss Commercial Claims Adjuster at Reserv since December 2023, Donna previously held the position of Property Insurance Adjuster at Capstone ISG from December 2019 to December 2023. Between 2018 and December 2019, Donna was the Director of Operations and Accountability at LEAP Academy University Charter School, overseeing multiple departments and collaborating with executive leadership. Prior roles include Director of Policy and Advocacy for the New Jersey Charter Schools Association, where policy agendas were developed and strategic relationships were cultivated, as well as Vice President of Public Policy at Volunteers of America Delaware Valley. Early career experiences include serving as Chief of Staff to Assemblyman Joe Roberts and as Director in the New Jersey Governor's Office of Outreach and Relations. Donna holds a Master of Public Administration and Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from Rutgers University - Camden.
