Martha Dreiling

Martha Dreiling has extensive work experience in the finance and technology industries. Martha is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer at Reserv, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to Reserv, Martha was a Founding Member at Chief starting from April 2021. Before that, they served as the SVP of Operations at Rhino from October 2020 to June 2022. Martha also worked at Brightfield as the Chief of Staff from February 2020 to October 2020. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate in the Professional Development Series from FEMA Emergency Management Institute. In the earlier years, they pursued studies in Political Science/Communications at Wichita State University from 2002 to 2005.
