Matt Thompson

Matt Thompson, AIC-M, is the Director of Program Management at Reserv, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked at Amazon in various roles, including Workers' Compensation Manager III and Risk Manager in Auto Claims, from 2021 to 2022. Matt also has experience at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, where they advanced from Claims Professional III to Claims Supervisor and then Claims Professional IV in 2015. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2010.
