Sharon Baker

Sharon Baker has a diverse background in claims operations and client advocacy, with experience at various organizations. Sharon began as a Client Advocate at Domestic Violence Shelter from October 2017 to February 2019. Following that role, Sharon held multiple titles at Root Inc. from March 2020 to August 2021, including Claims Operations Supervisor and Claims Operations Specialist. In March 2022, Sharon joined Next Insurance as a Claims Licensing Coordinator, managing licensing for over 75 adjusters across more than 25 states, achieving 100% compliance with regulatory requirements while streamlining processes. Sharon advanced to the role of Claims Licensing & Vendor Performance Specialist, where responsibilities included vendor performance tracking and auditing. Currently, as Licensing Manager at Reserv since October 2025, Sharon continues to demonstrate expertise in licensing management. Sharon earned a degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University between 2012 and 2015.
