Ian Coutinho

Ian Coutinho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, retail, and business education. Since November 2017, Ian has served as Gerente Reserva Praia & Retail Education at Reserva, focusing on structuring and expanding a premium beachwear line across major coastal cities and hotels in Brazil while leading the "Somos Todos Vendedores" digital education and sales platform. Previous roles at Reserva include various positions in marketing, social selling, and trade marketing. Ian's career began at Enel Soluções as a Planning, Intelligence, and Services intern, followed by a marketing ambassador role at Responde Aí and supervisor positions at Meta Consultoria, where project management and internal quality assurance were key responsibilities. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense and is currently pursuing an XBA in Xponential Business Administration at Nova School of Business and Economics.
