Lisa brings years of Pilates teaching experience, with a deep understanding of movement quality, alignment, and control.

James, a physiotherapist, ensures every sequence is grounded in injury prevention, safe progression, and functional performance.

Josh adds his background as a strength coach and personal trainer, bringing advanced programming methods that make each session both effective and challenging.

Together, we’ve created a structured, periodised, and progressive system that flows throughout the week. Nothing is left to chance — every sequence, progression, and cue is deliberate. Show up, stay consistent, and watch the results unfold.
