Shawn Jackson

Shawn Jackson is the co-founder of Resgrid, a company that provides software solutions for first responders. Prior to Resgrid, Shawn Jackson was a consultant with WaveTech Digital Technologies, Inc. and a senior software engineer with Online Advisors, Inc.

Shawn Jackson has over 15 years of experience in the software industry. Shawn specializes in high performance and high interactivity web software applications. Shawn has also developed and released multiple Open Source Software applications.

In addition to their work with Resgrid, Shawn Jackson is also an active member of the open source community. Shawn has contributed to numerous projects, including ASP.NET MVC, ESB's, Silverlight, Azure, and WPF.

Shawn Jackson has a Bachelors in Software Engineering from University of Phoenix, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science from Truckee Meadows Community College, and a HSD from George Whittell High School. Shawn is certified from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians as a Nationally Registered EMT-Basic, American Heart Association as a Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS, COMPTIA as a CompTIA A+, CompTIA I-Net+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, Microsoft as an MCAD, and MCP, and State of Nevada EMS as a Nevada Licensed EMT.
