Andy Capps has a strong background in the real estate industry, with experience in various roles and companies. Andy co-founded RESICAP in 2010, an Atlanta-based company that provides solutions for single-family real estate owners. Andy also co-founded ResiHome in 2013, a leading single-family rental property management company. In 2018, they co-founded ResiBuilt, and in the same year, they co-founded ResiPro, a division of RESICAP that offers construction, maintenance, and property preservation services. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Andy worked at WRI Residential Fund, LLC from 2010 to 2014 and WRI Capital Group II, LLC from 2010 to 2014, focusing on property management and wholesaling investment properties. Andy also had experience in construction and development at Walton Communities from 2006 to 2009. In 2020, Andy founded Relevium Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing temporary relief to individuals in rental homes to help them build a better future.
Andy Capps completed their Masters in Construction and Development from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business Administration from Auburn University, graduating in 2006.
