Kai Walker is an experienced construction professional currently serving as General Superintendent at AHS Residential since December 2021. Prior experience includes leading as Project Superintendent for the Charleston Waterfront Hotel at Donley's, Inc. from February 2021 to March 2022, and overseeing a parking garage and 12-story building project at John Moriarty & Associates from January 2019 to February 2021. Kai has held several superintendent roles with responsibilities in various states including a significant project at NASA’s Central Campus Headquarters while with United Forming, Inc. and managed large-scale condominium projects at Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C. and ConArt Precast LLC. Education was pursued at Kennesaw State University from 1999 to 2001.
