Neel Shivcharran

Neel Shivcharran, MSRE, is the Director of Land Acquisition at Resibuilt, bringing extensive experience from roles including Director of Land Acquisition for the Southeast Region at Encore Capital Management, and Land Acquisition Manager at David Weekley Homes. They have demonstrated expertise in land development, feasibility studies, and real estate economics across various companies, including Galleon Consulting Group, a firm they led as Principal. Neel holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida, complementing a Bachelor's Degree in Market Research from the same institution.
