Andy Capps is the CEO and Co-Founder of RESICAP, a company established in 2010 that specializes in the single-family rental sector and institutional build-to-rent housing. They co-founded ResiPro, ResiBuilt, and ResiHome, offering comprehensive solutions in construction, property management, and home building. Andy is also the founder of the Relevium Foundation, aimed at providing financial relief to families facing eviction. They hold a Master's degree in Construction and Development from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.
