Residency, The New Standard in Non-Alcoholic Luxury.

Residency is a premium non-alcoholic sparkling wine house where world-class winemaking meets original African art.

We begin with premium wine from one of the finest regions on earth, then apply advanced de-alcoholisation technology, removing the alcohol while protecting every note of balance, elegance, and character. The result is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine, without compromise and refined to the last detail.

Every edition is a limited release with collectable art, creating something rare. A celebration you can taste, admire, and keep.

Founded in London. Crafted in South Africa.
