Andy Lemay

Andy Lemay is an experienced professional in the music industry, currently serving as the Senior Community Partnerships Lead and UK Lead for Resident Advisor Pro Partnerships since January 2022. As a Co-Founder of Extra Soul Perception since April 2019, Andy has played a pivotal role in shaping innovative musical experiences. Previous roles include Brand Director at NVS Promotions for the Dimensions & Outlook Festival from 2016 to 2018 and Head of Marketing and Partnerships for Dimensions Festival/Outlook Festival from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Andy curated events and organized activities for 22tracks LND in 2014-2015. As the owner of somethinksounds/The Love Below from 2010 to 2015, Andy's record label received accolades from prominent media outlets for its unique sound. Earlier experience includes talent management for OurKidBrother and an assistant role at Red Bull Music Academy. Andy Lemay is an alumnus of the University of Leeds.
