Kayla Demski

Kayla Demski began their career as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Lawrence Park Golf Club from August 2010 to December 2011. Kayla then joined DICK'S Sporting Goods as an eCommerce Coordinator- Vendor Direct from April 2012 to August 2014, and later as an eCommerce Analyst- Vendor Direct from August 2014 to February 2015.

Following that, Kayla joined Wayfair in February 2015, starting as Category Manager - Plumbing until March 2016. Kayla then worked as an Account Manager, CastleGate - Bedding, Rugs & Mattresses from March 2016 to March 2017, and subsequently as a Senior Manager, CastleGate - Textiles & Decor from March 2017 to August 2019.

From August 2019 to February 2021, Kayla served as Head of Partner Operations - Textiles, responsible for developing supply chain solutions and managing a team of ten. Kayla then became Head of Enablement, Partner Operations from February 2021 to December 2021, leading a team of three to optimize processes and deliver a top-notch customer experience.

In December 2021, Kayla joined Trove as Director of Strategic Partnerships, where they owned the relationship with major Apparel and Footwear brands, managed P&L, and coordinated marketing efforts for successful resale.

In December 2022, Kayla transitioned to EcommerceBrands.com, Inc. as the Director of Catalog, Integration, and Operations, overseeing catalog integration and operations until June 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Planning and Inbound Logistics at Resident starting from September 2023.

Kayla Demski obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from Gannon University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
