Mark Waltham

Mark Waltham has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Mark is currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Resident since 2023. Previously, they worked at Wayfair, where they held multiple positions, including COO of Perigold and Director of Partner Operations. At Wayfair, they managed the largest vertical, led the restructuring of three groups into a single operations team, and successfully transitioned to a virtual model during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mark also served as AVP and Head of Analytics at John Hancock Investments, Senior Account Executive at Google, and Director of Corporate Strategy and Operations at Currys plc. Prior to that, they worked at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence as a Senior Engagement Manager, Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, Andersen Business Consulting as a Consultant, and Ove Arup as an Engineer. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.

Mark Waltham holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Sales from MIT Sloan School of Management. Mark also has a Master of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, they completed their A-levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at St Albans School.
