Matt Clift

Matt Clift is a seasoned manufacturing and operations executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr Manufacturing Advisor and Executive Vice President Of Operations at Resident since December 2018, Matt manages product portfolio and supply chain functions. As the Owner and Principal of Cogs Consulting since 2013, Matt specializes in providing operational expertise to private equity firms, focusing on acquisitions, cost optimization, cash management, R&D, and supply chain improvements. Previously, Matt held significant leadership roles at Tempur-pedic International as Executive VP of Global Operations and at Lexmark International, where responsibilities ranged from Vice President of the Consumer Printer Division to Director of Global Inkjet Cartridge Operations. Matt's career began at IBM, progressing through various engineering and managerial roles. Matt earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
