Roy Blanga

Roy Blanga is an advisor at Residently and has previously worked at Indie Campers, Plum Guide, OSOME, Zava, and carwow. In 2019, they were the adviser to the CEO at Groupon with full P&L responsibility over the company's largest region outside the US, which spanned eight countries and employed over 1000 people. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Deliveroo with full P&L responsibility over all of Deliveroo's markets, including the UK. Roy was also accountable for all core business functions such as sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. From 2010 to 2015, they were the International Vice President for Northern Europe at Groupon.
