Ben Johnson is an accomplished entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. As the Founder and President of Spruce since April 2016, Ben also serves as a Board Member and CEO, driving the company’s strategic vision. Since February 2024, Ben has taken on the role of Advisor for Gatby, and has held similar advisory positions with ResidentRadius since October 2023 and Hum since September 2022. Prior to establishing Spruce, Ben worked at ING from October 2010 to April 2016 as an Associate specializing in Natural Resources, and at Bank of Texas from June 2009 to October 2010 as a Credit Analyst. Ben holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
