Starting in 1992, they worked as a Recovery Specialist at Invistigative Services, I.S. Inc., where they managed property management screening services and supervised collection agents.
In 1995, they became an Account Representative at FNA - Carbucks, where they handled accounts and customer relations.
From 1998 to 2006, they served as a Property Manager/Regional Marketing Manager at Rediger Investments, overseeing marketing and operations for residential properties and managing site rehabilitation projects.
At Pinnacle Family of Companies, they held multiple roles from 2006 to 2013. Michael worked as a Project Manager, managing national projects for a large residential and commercial management company. Michael also served as a Regional Project Director, providing leadership in new business development and training programs. Additionally, they worked as a Regional Marketing Director, responsible for regional marketing management, and as a Regional Manager, overseeing staff, marketing initiatives, and capital improvement projects.
From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Operations, Training & Systems Consultant, providing management and investment companies with systems analysis and support.
In 2013, they joined IQ Data International, Inc. dba RentCollect Global as the Director of Client Services, leading the Client Services Division and developing processes for client satisfaction. Michael also served as a Sr. Business Analyst, responsible for improving business efficiencies and developing functional solutions.
From 2014 to 2018, they served as the VP of Professional Services/Investor at TouchPoint, overseeing client services, technology adoption, and sales support.
In 2016, they founded ResidentRadius, where they served as the Founder and CEO. Michael leveraged their property management operations experience to provide a unique supplier partner perspective and understanding.
Michael also worked at ResDebt Recovery as the Senior Vice President from 2016 to 2018, innovating resident receivables and optimizing workflow and processes.
Lastly, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at Pay Ready as a Strategy & Development Adviser, focused on innovation and technology-driven services.

Michael Bowman attended Glendale College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration. In 2005, they briefly attended Woodbury University, studying Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in 2017, Michael obtained a 2nd Degree Black Belt from the World Taekwondo Academy.
