Nick Offerman

Nick Offerman is an accomplished professional in quality assurance and engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Global Quality at Resideo since April 2022, Offerman previously held positions including Sr. Director of Global Quality at First Alert, where responsibilities included leading Quality, Design Assurance, and Compliance departments. Offerman’s earlier experience includes roles as Design Assurance Manager at Jarden Safety and Security, Quality Engineer, and Packaging Engineer at First Alert/BRK Brands, and a maintenance technician role at Caterpillar Inc. Nick Offerman earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Northern Illinois University between 1997 and 2001.
