Robb Olson

Robb Olson serves as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Resideo since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and management from previous roles. Olson held the position of Global Director, Talent - RPO at Korn Ferry from August 2019 to November 2022, leading customized recruitment solutions on a global scale. Prior to that, Olson was with Randstad Sourceright, where roles included Director of Talent Solutions Design and various Talent Delivery Manager positions at Honeywell, focusing on software, technology, and engineering recruitment. Earlier experience includes serving as President of Bridge Consulting, Inc., Client Relationship Manager at The RightThing Inc., and Senior Hiring Consultant at Accolo. Olson began a career in recruitment at UnitedHealth Group as Team Lead for Business Operations Sourcing and has an educational background in Business Administration and Management from Bethel University.
