Tom Kell

Tom Kell is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Resideo since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tom was a Principal and Senior Consultant at Galt Consulting Group from 2010 to August 2022, specializing in technology planning and M&A services. Tom held the position of Strategy Advisor at Cargill from 2017 to 2019, where responsibilities included leading innovation initiatives across various business units. Previous roles include President/Director at InCompass IT and MARCO, where Tom successfully led operational turnarounds and strategic business development. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Technology Services at Bankers Equipment Services and owning CW Technology Group, both focused on IT solutions and services. Tom's early career also included management roles in sales and restaurant ownership. Tom Kell holds a degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
