Ashley Crowley

Director, Client Navigation at Resilience Code

Ashley Crowley is currently the Director of Client Navigation at Resilience Code. Prior to that, they were a coach at Orangetheory Fitness for two years, from July 2016 to August 2018. Ashley started coaching in April 2017 and was honored to represent the Broomfield OTF at the annual OrangeTheory Summit in April 2017. Prior to their coaching career, Ashley attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from January 2015 to May 2018, where they earned their BS in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. Ashley also has experience as a coach at Real Colorado Soccer, where they coached junior academy players aged 8-11 from August 2013 to June 2016. Ashley's first managerial experience was as Aquatics Manager on Duty at Highlands Ranch Community Association from August 2011 to April 2014, where they were responsible for overseeing 85+ employees, conducting monthly audits, and handling human resources, customer service, and money handling duties.

Ashley Crowley has an Exercise Science degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Sports Medicine from Garden City Community College. Ashley also has a Diploma in General Studies from Highlands Ranch High School. Ashley is certified by PTA Global as a CPT, and by CrossFit, Inc. as a Crossfit Kids and Crossfire Level 1 trainer. Ashley is also certified in CPR and AED by Ellis & Associates.
