RESILIENCE Dance Company (RDC) is a nonprofit, contemporary modern dance company with a mission to create exceptional dance experiences that fuel human connection. Founded in 2019, RDC produces original mainstage performances, provides dance education opportunities for middle school, high school, and college students, and connects with the community through outreach and touring programs. RDC furthermore believes in putting artists first, and prioritizes whole dancer wellness by partnering with both physical and mental health therapists, and by upholding fair and consistent compensation for artists.
