My name is Shannon Littlejohn Burnes and I am the owner of Resilience Physiotherapy. For well over a decade I’ve been a practicing Physiotherapist in Toronto’s Annex area, and every day I continue to be fascinated by the human body. Through years of practice and ongoing education, I’ve learned that more often than not, many aches and pains have a deeper root cause. 

Every patient’s dysfunction is a new new puzzle for me to solve and I love putting the pieces together. I pride myself on my ability to genuinely connect with you so that you feel seen and heard, and aim to make your Physiotherapy sessions an enjoyable experience. 

I specialize in treating patients with both acute and chronic neck and back pain, athletes with sports injuries at all levels and post-operative orthopaedic repairs.

I really enjoy working with an active population who’s engaged in their treatment. I look forward to helping return you to whatever your favourite sport or activity may be.
