Shruti Das

Shruti Das has a diverse work experience, starting in 2021. Shruti began as a Sales and Marketing Intern at IFortis Corporate from May 2021 to June 2021. Following that, Shruti worked as a Human Resources Intern at InternYou from June 2021 to July 2021. Later, they took on a Human Resources Internship role at CSA ADVISOR in August 2021, which lasted until September 2021. Shruti then completed a Marketing Internship at Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (ABSLMF) from September 2021 to November 2021. Currently, Shruti is employed as a Human Resource Recruiter at ResilienceSoft, starting their role in March 2023.

Shruti Das completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Hr from the Bhilai Institute of Technology (BIT), Durg from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications. In August 2021, they completed the Advance Excel course from Elearnmarkets. In the same month, they also obtained the Social Media Marketing Foundations certification from the Linkedin Learning App. In June 2021, Shruti completed the Marketing: Strategic Framework certification from Great Learning. Prior to that, in May 2021, they obtained the fundamentals of digital marketing certification from Google Digital Garage.
