Lynette Lim

Director, Global Communications at Resilient Cities Network

Lynette Lim is a communications and behaviour change expert with experience spanning Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Over the past 12 years, she has been contracted by INGOs and social enterprises such as Seefar, Save the Children, Oxfam, CARE and the Girl Effect to deliver on development and communications projects. Lynette’s thematic expertise on communications projects includes migration, modern slavery, social inclusion, education and public health. In her most recent role as Head of Strategic Communications, she managed a team implementing strategic communications and behaviour change campaigns in Mali, Senegal, Nigeria, Afghanistan and India.

She also led a World Bank-funded behaviour change pilot testing the efficacy of personal initiative training on youth livelihoods in rural and urban Afghanistan. Lynette spends most of her time in Singapore and Dhaka.

She received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Information at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and a Master’s degree in International Relations at the University of Melbourne in Australia.
