Chris Benham

Chris Benham has extensive experience in supply chain management and program management. Chris is currently working as the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Resilinc. Prior to this, they worked at Seagate Technology as the Director of Supply Chain/Chief of Staff, where they led strategic program management and improved gross margin on $12B+ in sales. Chris also served as the Principal Program Manager at Seagate, leading ERP transformation and operational excellence initiatives. Previously, they worked at Gategroup as the Director of Supply Chain Planning & Control, where they achieved significant improvements in forecast accuracy. Chris also held various roles at Avaya Communications, including Senior Manager Supply Chain Finance, Global Supply Chain Manager, and Operations Finance Manager. Chris began their career as the Operations Manager at Benron Exports, where they successfully grew the business and managed international exports.

Chris Benham obtained an MBA in Finance and General Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Biochemistry from Gonzaga University between 1992 and 1996. Currently, Chris is enrolled in the Thayer Leadership Program, with an expected completion year of 2023.
