Mike Flewwelling

Mike Flewwelling serves as the VP of Customer Success and Support at Resilinc since March 2024, where leadership of the Customer Success Management and Technical Support functions is crucial to building a customer-focused organization. Previously, Mike held key positions including Vice President of Customer Experience at RouteThis and Vice President of Customer Success at D2L, along with various roles in customer support management at Nuance Communications, Equitrac, and Avotus Corporation. Mike's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo - St. Jerome's University and a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications Management from Sheridan College.
