Focused. Boutique. Built for your industry.

At a time when the European plastics industry is under pressure, getting the right hires is no longer just an advantage. It's the key to staying competitive.

One wrong hire can cost you time, money and reputation. You cannot afford to get it wrong.

The challenge?

This is a small, niche market. Everyone knows their competitors, but can’t just approach their people directly. Personal network may help, but only gives you a few options. While you miss out the best candidates on the market.

Plastics is still an offline world: candidates only move through direct approach and trusted networks, not applications.

Resina was born to fix these very problems.

For the past five years, we've been connecting daily with industry professionals and leaders, talking not just about jobs, but also about markets, challenges. Sometimes even gossip.

Because of that, we can:
• Identify the right players in your market
• Speak their language and win their attention
• Present your opportunity in a way they take seriously

This is how we bring you the candidates others can’t reach.

If you’re looking for someone who understands your materials, your market, and what’s at stake in a hire, let's talk.
