Andy Capps has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Andy is the Founder and Co-CEO of RESICAP, a leading company in the single-family real estate industry since 2010. Andy also founded Relevium Foundation in 2020, which aims to provide temporary relief to residents of rental homes facing financial barriers. Andy co-founded ResiHome in 2013, a company specializing in single-family rental property management. In 2018, they co-founded ResiBuilt. Additionally, Andy is a co-founder of ResiPro, a division of RESICAP that offers construction, maintenance, and property preservation services. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Manager/Member at WRI Residential Fund, LLC and WRI Capital Group II, LLC, involved in wholesaling investment properties. Andy also gained experience in construction and development at Walton Communities from 2006 to 2009.

Andy Capps completed their education at two different institutions. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Auburn University, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Construction and Development from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing the program from 2008 to 2010. No specific field of study was mentioned for either degree.
