We at Innovations Group UAE are super excited to announce the launch of Resivation. A coliving property, nestled in the heart of Dubai’s Al Furjan district, equipped with the complete facilities of a hotel where professionals can stay under flexible contracts at extremely affordable rates.

Innovations Group has been one of the largest employers for the past 25 years, with over 9000 employees in UAE. Over the years, we have identified numerous challenges faced by our professionals in managing an affordable yet comfortable home. This includes safety, security, legality, hygiene, and most importantly affordability. As a result, we took it into our own hands to provide a modern, luxurious, and flexible living solution to professionals in Dubai. While coliving is becoming popular in western countries, Innovations Group is one of the middle east’s first companies to embrace this flexible and social way of living.

Resivation can be best described as a modern form of housing that aims to offer affordable housing and a sense of community to young professionals. The residents are provided with fully furnished, fully serviced spaces with a great community of like-minded individuals. The all-inclusive monthly bill covers rent for a fully furnished room, household essentials, housekeeping services, utility bills, Wi-Fi, shuttle service to metro station, parking, access to gym, games room, DIY laundry, co-working space, all-day dining, and much more.
