Carwin Shaw

Carwin Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. In 1999, Shaw served as a Sgt. in the United States Marine Corps, where they successfully trained over 1500 Marines on the use and assembly of weapons systems and conducted independent research on terrain and demographics. From 2003 to 2005, Shaw worked as an Admissions Counselor at Dillard University, where they promoted the university through campus tours, community outreach, and advertising while setting and achieving recruitment goals. In 2017, Shaw began working at ResMan, LLC as a Technical Support Analyst, providing technical support until 2022. Shaw then transitioned to the role of Technical Account Manager (Integrations) at ResMan Property Management Software in 2022, before becoming a Customer Support Pod Lead in 2021 and later an Integration Specialist in 2023.

Carwin Shaw attended Dillard University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations/Image Management.
